Infinity Auto Marketing started as an internal workflow at a Toyota dealership. One rep built a system to rank inventory, post to Facebook Marketplace consistently, and track what sold. The results proved the model. Now it's a product.
The problem
Most dealership reps post to Facebook Marketplace without a system. They pick whatever vehicle looks good that morning, write a title from scratch, upload photos one by one, and blur license plates by hand. Each listing takes 8–12 minutes. There's no plan for what to post, no signal on what's working, and no follow-up when a listing goes stale.
The experiment
One rep built a consistent Marketplace workflow — ranking vehicles by demand and price position, posting in a structured daily cadence, and tracking every conversation back to the CRM. The workflow was run at a single Toyota dealership over five months. The results: 476 Facebook Marketplace leads at $12.57 average cost per lead, with 71 of those leads cross-referenced to closed deals in VinSolutions.
