Frequently asked questions

Everything dealership reps and managers want to know about Infinity Auto Marketing, Auto Lister, and posting on Facebook Marketplace.

What is Infinity Auto Marketing?

Infinity Auto Marketing is a Facebook Marketplace listing and inventory ranking tool built for car dealership sales reps. It ranks your lot by demand and price position, prepares each listing in one click with the Auto Lister Chrome extension, and gives reps a daily posting plan — so they stop guessing and start posting strategically.

How does Auto Lister work?

Auto Lister is a Chrome extension that connects to your ranked inventory dashboard. When you click Post on a vehicle, it opens Facebook Marketplace with the title, description, price, and up to 16 photos already filled in. License plates are blurred automatically. You review the listing and click Post on Facebook — the rep confirms every post before it goes live.

What plans does Infinity Auto Marketing offer?

Infinity Auto Marketing offers plans for individual reps and dealerships: Lister at $19.99/mo (Auto Lister extension), Base at $49.99/mo (ranked inventory + posting), Pro at $99/mo (full system — ranking, boost guidance, closing tools), and Dealer OS (full dealership operating system — by request, pricing by store size and needs). The Pro plan is the most popular for individual reps and includes ranked inventory, Today's Best Posting Mix, repost reminders, and closing guidance per vehicle. Results vary. No leads or sales are guaranteed.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. All individual rep plans (Lister, Base, Pro) are month-to-month subscriptions with no contract. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your dashboard at infinityautomarketing.com/dashboard and click "Manage Billing / Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel with one click. Your access stays active through the end of the current billing period. You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel within one business day.

What is the refund policy?

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. This includes partial-month use, unused time, or a decision not to use the service after signing up. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — cancellation stops the next charge, but does not refund the current or prior billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will review your case.

Do I need a business Facebook account?

No. Reps post from their existing personal Facebook account or a dealership Facebook profile. A Facebook Business account is not required to start. A connected Facebook Page can help build long-term presence with local buyers over time, but it is not required.

How many cars should a rep post to Facebook Marketplace per day?

4–8 vehicles per day is the practical range for most lots. Posting too many back-to-back can reduce organic reach. Consistent posting throughout the day — one per hour — tends to outperform batching everything at once. Infinity Auto Marketing's Today's Best Posting Mix is designed around this cadence.

What vehicles sell fastest on Facebook Marketplace?

AWD SUVs and trucks in the $8k–$25k range consistently generate more inquiries than sedans. Vehicles priced at or below local market comps get significantly more messages than overpriced units, regardless of condition. Infinity Auto Marketing's ranking engine surfaces your strongest posting candidates based on demand tier, price position, and days on lot.

How long does it take to post a car with Auto Lister?

Listing creation typically takes under 90 seconds with Auto Lister, compared to 8–12 minutes per listing when writing titles, researching prices, uploading photos, and blurring license plates manually.

Is the Auto Lister Chrome extension safe to use on Facebook?

Auto Lister is a browser extension that automates form-filling — similar to how a password manager fills in login fields. It does not use Facebook's API or scrape data. Every listing is reviewed by the rep and confirmed before it goes live, so the rep maintains full control over every post.

What is Today's Best Posting Mix?

Today's Best Posting Mix is a one-per-hour posting plan built daily from your ranked inventory. It selects the strongest vehicles based on demand tier, price position versus local comps, and body-type variety — so reps don't post the same vehicle type back-to-back. Reps can swap any slot manually or reset to the recommended order. Available on the Pro plan.

How does the inventory ranking work?

Each vehicle on your lot is scored across three dimensions: demand (body style, drivetrain, model popularity), price position (how your asking price compares to local comps), and days on lot. The combined score places each vehicle into one of four posting tiers: AGGRESSIVE, MODERATE, OPTIONAL, or SKIP. AGGRESSIVE vehicles are the highest-priority posting candidates for the day.

Does Infinity Auto Marketing work for new car dealerships?

The core workflow — ranked inventory, one-click posting, and daily posting plans — applies primarily to used vehicle inventory on Facebook Marketplace. New vehicle inventory can be listed on Facebook Marketplace as well, but used vehicles typically generate more buyer messages at the individual listing level. For stores with both new and used inventory or custom dealership workflows, contact [email protected] and we'll help choose the right setup.

What is the difference between the Base and Pro plans?

The Base plan ($49.99/mo) includes the ranked inventory dashboard and Auto Lister Chrome extension for one-click posting. The Pro plan ($99/mo) adds Today's Best Posting Mix (daily one-per-hour posting schedule), repost reminders for vehicles with no activity in 72 hours, closing guidance and switch pieces per vehicle, and boost recommendations.

How do I get started?

Visit infinityautomarketing.com and select a plan. After checkout, you'll receive an onboarding email with your dashboard link and Auto Lister extension download. Most reps are set up and posting their first vehicle within the same day.

Do you offer plans for multi-store dealerships or larger teams?

Yes. For larger teams, multi-store groups, or custom dealership workflows, contact [email protected] and we'll help choose the right setup.

What is Dealer OS?

Dealer OS is the top-tier Infinity Auto Marketing offer for car dealerships. It includes 20 Pro rep dashboards, a manager Command Center, weekly manager review, posting and boost strategy management, duplicate-post review, sold cleanup review, adoption support, and a monthly strategy report. Built for a GM, used car manager, or owner who wants Infinity to run the operating system for the dealership's Facebook Marketplace work across the entire sales floor.

How is Dealer OS different from Team Max?

Team Max ($1,199/mo) gives 20 reps Pro seats and manual onboarding. Dealer OS bundles the same 20 Pro seats plus the manager Command Center, weekly manager review, posting and boost strategy management, duplicate-post review, sold cleanup review, adoption support, and a monthly strategy report. Team Max is product-only; Dealer OS is product plus done-with-you services. Dealer OS pricing is by request — confirmed per deal based on store size and needs.

Is the Dealer OS Command Center fully automated today?

No. During the Founder Pilot, the Command Center is delivered as a weekly refreshed snapshot — Thomas pulls each rep's activity, prepares the manager view, and sends it with the weekly review. The live, log-in-anytime dashboard is in active development. Founder Pilot customers are the first cohort sold while that automation is being built.

Can Dealer OS help manage rep boost budgets?

Yes. Dealer OS is designed to help managers assign dealership-level and rep-level Marketplace boost budgets, decide which vehicles deserve spend, and use stop-loss rules so budget stays focused on stronger inventory. During pilot delivery, some workflows are manual-assisted. Results vary.

What does Dealer OS Founder Pilot mean?

Dealer OS pricing is confirmed per deal based on store size and needs. Limited Founder Pilot pricing may be available for early dealership partners at Thomas's discretion. The Pilot framing exists because the platform automation is still being built — early customers get manual done-with-you delivery from Thomas in the meantime. Ask us about current availability.

Can a sales rep refer their own dealership to Dealer OS?

Yes. A sales rep who introduces Dealer OS to their dealership and helps it close can qualify as the Internal Champion at the store. Champion benefits include a free Pro seat for as long as the store is active, a named Champion role, and a 5% monthly Stripe credit on Dealer OS deals applied to the Champion's personal Pro seat. Champion benefits are manually approved, not auto-paid. They end if the store cancels or the Champion leaves the dealership.

How do affiliate payouts work for Dealer OS and team packages?

Lister, Base, and Pro plan referrals pay automatically at 20% recurring for up to 12 months through the existing partner program. Dealer OS and team package referrals are manual approval only. Approved Dealer OS referrals may qualify for a commission arranged per deal — contact [email protected] for affiliate terms. These payouts are not auto-paid through the partner dashboard — they are reviewed and approved per deal.

Are leads or sales guaranteed with Dealer OS?

No. Infinity gives reps a ranked inventory dashboard, a daily posting plan, and a faster posting workflow. It does not auto-post and does not guarantee any specific number of leads, messages, or sales. Results vary based on inventory mix, pricing, photos, ad spend, follow-up, and rep execution. Past results are not a guarantee of future results.

How fast can a dealership get started on Dealer OS?

After a 15-minute fit call, most dealerships are onboarded within one to two business days — Thomas collects each rep's name and email, delivers logins and the Auto Lister extension, and runs the first walkthrough. The first Monday manager review usually happens in the same week the floor is set up.
