What Dealer OS does

Stop guessing across the whole store.

Dealer OS connects inventory, reps, posts, boosts, comps, and buying decisions into one manager workflow — so the floor works the best vehicles instead of guessing. Designed to help managers decide what to post, boost, skip, and fix. Results vary. No leads or sales guaranteed.

Command Center

The manager view.Manual-assisted in Pilot

The Command Center helps managers see which vehicles need action, what reps should post, what may be worth boosting, what should be skipped, and where pricing may be off against the local market.

Priced to the local market — before you spend.Manual-assisted in Pilot

Per-vehicle Facebook/KSL/local comps help the used car manager see whether inventory is priced competitively before the sales team spends time or ad budget.

Sales team management

Keep the floor on the best inventory.Building

Managers can use Dealer OS to organize what reps should post, reduce overlapping effort, and keep the team focused on the best inventory. Designed to give managers visibility into rep posting workflows during Dealer OS delivery.

Automated rep posting visibility and duplicate-post prevention are in development — handled as a weekly manual cross-rep review during the Pilot.

Boost control

Spend boost budget where it makes sense.Live logic, manual-assisted in Pilot

Dealer OS helps identify which vehicles may deserve boost budget and which vehicles should not get spend. The goal is to identify vehicles that may move quickly when price, demand, photos, caption, and boost are aligned. Results vary.

Suggested budget

A starting daily budget guide per vehicle.

Target buyer

Who the vehicle is most likely to reach.

Why boost

The reason a vehicle is a boost candidate.

72-hour stop-loss rule

Re-check spend after 72 hours; pull budget if it isn't working.

Manager approval

No automated spend — the manager always confirms.

Skip / do-not-spend

Vehicles that should not get boost budget.

Marketplace Boost Budget Manager

Control boost spend by store, rep, and vehicle.Manual-assisted in Pilot

Dealer OS helps managers control Marketplace boost spend by dealership, rep, vehicle, or inventory category. Set the monthly budget, assign rep-level budgets, choose which vehicles deserve boost, and use stop-loss rules so spend stays focused on the right inventory.

Example

A dealership could set a $10,000/month Marketplace budget, assign $2,000/month to a rep, reserve budget for trucks/SUVs, and let the Command Center recommend which vehicles should be boosted, posted organically, paused, or swapped.

Post more vehicles than you boost. Dealer OS is designed to help prioritize the strongest units, keep the rest organic, and rotate spend after performance is reviewed.

Champion / team lead role

Someone inside the store keeps it running.

Every Dealer OS rooftop names one internal Champion — usually a senior rep or team lead. The Champion is the person Thomas works with weekly to drive adoption, surface issues, and onboard new reps as they join.

What the Champion gets

  • Free Pro seat for as long as the store is active
  • Named Champion role — recognized in the monthly review
  • 5% monthly Stripe credit on Dealer OS while the store is active

What the Champion does

  • Onboards new reps when they join the floor
  • Pushes daily adoption — make sure reps log in and post
  • Surfaces blockers and feature gaps to Thomas
  • Helps with the monthly review

Champion benefits are manually approved by Thomas, not auto-paid. They end the month the store cancels or the Champion leaves the dealership. The 12-month Founder Pilot price lock is on the store's subscription, not on the Champion's benefits.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is Dealer OS?

Dealer OS is the top-tier Infinity Auto Marketing offer for car dealerships. It includes 20 Pro rep dashboards, a manager Command Center, weekly manager review, and done-with-you posting and boost strategy across the entire sales floor. Built for a GM, used car manager, or owner who wants Infinity to run the operating system for the dealership's Facebook Marketplace work — not just give every rep a tool.

How is Dealer OS different from Team Max?

Team Max ($1,199/mo) gives 20 reps Pro seats and manual onboarding. Dealer OS bundles the same 20 Pro seats plus the manager Command Center, weekly manager review, posting and boost strategy management, duplicate-post review, sold cleanup review, adoption support, and a monthly strategy report. Team Max is product-only; Dealer OS is product plus done-with-you services.

Is the Command Center fully automated today?

No. During the Founder Pilot, the Command Center is delivered as a weekly refreshed snapshot — Thomas pulls each rep's activity, prepares the manager view, and sends it with the weekly review. The live, log-in-anytime dashboard is in active development. Founder Pilot customers are explicitly the first cohort sold while that automation is being built.

What does Founder Pilot mean?

Dealer OS pricing is confirmed per deal based on store size and needs. Limited Founder Pilot pricing may be available for early dealership partners at Thomas's discretion. The Pilot framing exists because the platform automation is still being built — early customers get manual done-with-you delivery from Thomas in the meantime. Ask us about current availability.

Can a sales rep refer their dealership?

Yes. A sales rep who introduces Dealer OS to their dealership and helps it close can qualify as the Internal Champion at the store. Champion benefits include a free Pro seat for as long as the store is active, a named Champion role, and a 5% monthly Stripe credit on Dealer OS deals — applied to the Champion's personal Pro seat as a recurring Stripe coupon. Champion benefits are manually approved, not auto-paid. They end if the store cancels or the Champion leaves the dealership.

How do affiliate payouts work?

Lister, Base, and Pro plan referrals pay automatically at 20% recurring for up to 12 months — handled by the existing partner program. Dealer OS, team package, and Manager referrals are manual approval only. Approved Dealer OS referrals may qualify for a commission arranged per deal — contact [email protected] for affiliate terms. These payouts are not auto-paid through the affiliate dashboard — they are reviewed and approved per deal.

Are leads or sales guaranteed?

No. Infinity gives reps a ranked inventory dashboard, a daily posting plan, and a faster posting workflow. It does not auto-post and does not guarantee any specific number of leads, messages, or sales. Results vary based on inventory mix, pricing, photos, ad spend, follow-up, and rep execution. Past results are not a guarantee of future results.

How fast can a dealership get started?

After a 15-minute fit call, most dealerships are onboarded within one to two business days — Thomas collects each rep's name and email, delivers logins and the Auto Lister extension, and runs the first walkthrough. The first Monday manager review usually happens in the same week the floor is set up.
