  • To send onboarding instructions, welcome emails, and product updates
  • To respond to support requests

5. Analytics and Tracking

Google Analytics 4 (GA4):

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, and device type. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Meta Pixel:

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta Pixel may track events such as PageView, Lead, InitiateCheckout, and purchase-related events where applicable. Meta's data use is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

Referral and UTM Cookies:

When you arrive at our site via a referral link or campaign URL, we read UTM parameters and referral codes from the URL and store them in a browser cookie. This allows us to attribute your signup to a referral partner and pay commissions appropriately. These cookies do not contain personal information beyond the referral/campaign identifier.

6. Infrastructure and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data, dashboard configuration, and session tokens are stored in Supabase.
  • Vercel— hosting and deployment. Our web application is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google Analytics 4 — site analytics.
  • Meta Pixel — advertising measurement.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

7. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
  • With referral partners, limited to the confirmation that a referred signup has occurred (no personal details beyond what is necessary for commission tracking)
  • If required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Infinity Auto Marketing, our users, or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database access controls through Supabase, and token-based authentication.

No system is completely secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

9. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by dealership professionals and sales representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Choices and Rights

  • Data access and correction: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request corrections, by contacting us at the email above.
  • Data deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will fulfill deletion requests subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
